Low Head Beach House
My husband recently arranged a suprise lunch for me at the Low Head Beach House for my 30th birthday with 20 of my closest friends, which was catered by Lydia. Lydia designed a personalised three course menu which catered for not only my food allergies but also many of my guests. The food was absolutely divine and all of my guests raved about it – Lydia even provided us with leftovers to enjoy into the evening! I can’t recommend Lydia more highly and wouldn’t hesitate to book her for our future functions. Thanks so much Lydia for contributing to what was a very special day!
A Great Local Approach to Food & Wine!
What an experience….. Earlier this year, we visited Tasmania and this allowed us to meet Lydia and benefit from her amazing knowledge and expertise in all things food, wine and location… We had 4 days in Tassie and met up with Lydia on the first day – she helped us plan a great few days and think of places and things to do that we would never have thought of! Absolutely brilliant. After lots of discussion we are looking at planning for Lydia to potentially come down to Melbourne with some great Tassie produce and cook us up a storm…. BTW the Harvest Kitchen Cookbooks are fantastic too and have great,easy recipes. Thanks Lydia.
An evening of Fantastic food and conversation
We were privileged to be invited to be one of the guests for the 2017 Make-A-Wish auction winners, and we had a fantastic evening. I ate a couple of things I never would have normally eaten, and was very glad I had been a bit adventurous. Indeed another guest had never eaten brussel spouts in his 50 years, but kept on going back for more! All in all a wonderful evening of fantastic food and great conversation. Thanks guys!!

Lydia prepared a fantastic three course meal, in our home for eight people.
Ricotta gnudi with the freshest of fresh black truffle butter to start. Venison with an outstanding red wine, organic berry and balsamic reduction plus the best brussel sprouts anyone had ever tasted. Dessert was the cherry on top – absolutely beautiful. Lydia also paired wines to each course making the meal one to be remembered.
The whole process of choosing the menu and arranging a suitable time and date was very easy. Lydia was at all times extremely friendly and helpful. She arrived a few hours before our guests, worked away in our kitchen preparing the meal and then left the kitchen as she found it. We had no dishes to wash and a clean kitchen to boot!
We can’t recommend Lydia and her concept of the private chef highly enough. We will definitely be booking Lydia again.

I have recently enjoyed cake prepared by Lydia Nuttall. I was amazed by quality and authentic taste. I strongly recommended all to try her amazing recipes and enjoy Harvest Kitchen catering facility. You are a champion Lydia. Keep it up.

I just love the weekly recipes along with the Harvest Kitchen Cook Books .. so easy to follow, practical ideas and all using fabulous wholesome and fresh ingredients.
I especially enjoy the Friday afternoon recipes that pop into the inbox and inspire for that special meal over the weekend!

what an amazing experience! I would highly recommend Lydia to come into your home or in our case where we were staying for the night (the Low Head Beach House if you haven’t been you need to look this place up just amazing)
What Lydia can do in the kitchen is incredible – she even done a dairy free option for one of my friends. She loved it.
Nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend Harvest Kitchen to do any catering even if its for a romantic dinner for 2 or if you have a group of friends that just want to get together.
